The client refurbished the premises from an eatery, into a computer store. With expensive equipment and stock stored in the premises it was essential to completely waterproof the roof, thus protecting the valuable assets.

The asphalt had become degraded and a worn. We were asked to provide a waterproof coating without the need for naked flame. The roof membrane had aged and was suffering from splits and tears due to the thermal movement of the roof.

PPC specified Tor Elastaseal. A liquid cold applied roof waterproofing system which has been has been developed to solve the problems associated with the long term waterproofing of flat, pitched and domed roofs. The system provides a cold liquid applied, breathable, seamless membrane, that moves with the roof and allows vapour release from the existing substrate.
