The flat asphalt system was beginning to show signs of failure. D Roulston & Sons contacted Patterson Protective Coatings Ltd with a view to solving the problem and offer a solution to the leaks causing problems to the workspace below.

Machinery was housed in the building below the asphalt. As the roof was leaking, the expensive machinery was in danger if the roof remained untreated.
