Jotun Penguard Special is a two-component, polyamide-cured, high molecular weight epoxy coating. It is a zinc phosphate pigmented, high build product. Specially designed as a primer for galvanised steel. Can be used as primer as part of a complete system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and thermally sprayed zinc substrates.

Jotun Penguard Special is typically used in heavy-duty corrosion protection systems for structural steel, offshore structures, piping, and various other surfaces exposed to harsh atmospheric and immersed conditions. It delivers exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for areas with high wear and impact.
