Flexcrete Tiefill – Class R4 Waterproof Tiehole Filler (EN1504-3, WRAS)
Flexcrete Tiefill is used for the filling of tie-holes formed by formwork bolts in new construction, especially where a rapid-setting, durable, waterproof mortar is required. In addition, you can use it to seal grout holes and voids around fixings in pre-cast elements.
Moreover, Tiefill is a single-component, polymer-modified, fibre-reinforced, Portland cement-based repair compound. It exhibits unique hydraulic properties that produce a rapid-curing mortar with enhanced polymer characteristics.
Furthermore, Tiefill comes as a single-component system that only requires the addition of clean water to create a rapid-setting, yet durable, high-strength mortar. As such, it is ideally suited for filling voids—particularly in new construction—where areas need to be quickly returned to service, such as tie-holes, grout holes, and voids around fixings.
Advantages.
Uses advanced cement, polymer, and fibre technology.
Pre-packaged; just mix with clean water on site.
High bond strength exceeds concrete’s tensile strength for monolithic repair.
Sets in 30 minutes at 20°C; forms a durable, high-strength mortar.
Provides a waterproof seal withstanding 10 bar pressure after 72 hours.
Polymer-modified for strong adhesion and low permeability.
Resists acid gases, moisture, and chlorides.
Improved tensile and impact strength with excellent low sag.
Non-toxic when cured; WRAS Approved for potable water use.
Cost-effective; usually no priming needed and part bags are mixable.
