Flexcrete Monosil is a water based silane / siloxane impregnant with excellent water and oil repellency.

Flexcrete Monosil is a surface impregnant that you can apply to concrete, brick, stone, and other mineral substrates to provide water and oil repellency. It protects the surface from water and oil ingress and improves freeze-thaw resistance. It also makes it easier to remove oil, grease, paint, graffiti, and similar substances. Monosil works especially well on car park decks and other trafficked areas where oil repellency is essential.

Monosil combines silane, siloxane, and synthetic resins to deliver maximum water and oil repellency when used in its concentrated form. Unlike traditional water-repellents, Monosil offers multi-functional protection against water, oil, grease, and paint, which simplifies cleaning and graffiti removal. It penetrates the surface pores without significantly changing the appearance of the substrate and maintains its water vapour diffusion characteristics. In its supplied form, Monosil provides ideal protection for car park decks and high-traffic areas. However, you can dilute it on-site to create a more cost-effective solution for treating walls.
